What we collect

When you request a quote, order documents or send us a review checklist, we collect what you give us: your business name, ABN and address, the names and contact details of the people you list, details of the job and site, and any files you upload, such as your logo, licences or insurance certificates.

Why we collect it

To quote, prepare your documents, invoice you and keep a record of the job. We do not sell your information or use it for anyone else’s marketing.

Where it is kept

The forms on this site are provided by Tally (tally.so), so what you type into them, and any files you upload, go to Tally and then to us. Our email is Gmail, and our job records and files are kept in Google Drive and Google Sheets. Card payments, including monthly plan payments, are taken by Stripe (stripe.com). Stripe holds your card details: we never see or store your card number. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Some of these services store data outside Australia.

Cookies and tracking

Our own pages set no cookies and carry no analytics or advertising trackers, and the fonts are served from this site. Tally, Stripe and Cloudflare may use cookies or similar technology of their own when you fill in a form, pay by card or load the site.

How long we keep it

We keep job records for at least 7 years, as our Terms of Engagement say, because questions about a document can come up long after a job has finished.

Emails from us

If we email you about our services, the email says how to opt out: reply “no thanks” and we will not contact you again.
